About Me

Made in Zimbabwe — often nicknamed the “teapot-shaped country” — with roots in Namibia, the proud “Land of the Brave.” I’m a maturing storyteller with a deep appreciation for well-told narratives. I’m also passionate about current affairs and committed to lifelong learning.

I hold a Bachelor of Journalism and Media Technology degree, as well as a Bachelor of Communication (Honours), which I completed with cum laude distinction. My journey in the media industry began as an intern journalist at a leading local daily, where I reported extensively on human interest and crime stories, often engaging with diverse communities. I’m currently broadening my skill set as a multimedia writer for a pan-African non-profit organization.

When I’m not writing, you’ll find me relaxing with feel-good movies or series, getting lost in a great book, vibing to ’80s to early 2000s music or Amapiano, learning new languages, dabbling in DIY crafts, birdwatching — and, most importantly, marvelling at the personalities of dogs.
